Second, the disadvantage of nickel alloy
1. Expensive

The price of nickel alloy is several times or even dozens of times that of ordinary steel, so in some cases, it is difficult to be widely used due to cost and other reasons.

2. High hardness, difficult to process

Although nickel alloy is easy to process into a variety of shapes, but due to the relatively high hardness, processing is more difficult, it is necessary to choose the appropriate processing technology, otherwise it may lead to problems such as material rupture.

3. Poor weldability

The weldability of nickel alloy is relatively poor, and the problems such as hot crack and deformation are easy to occur. It is necessary to select welding processes and welding materials suitable for nickel alloys in order to effectively solve these problems.
